How this tool helps

Auto Apply is a volume tool — you still own every application

Manually applying to every remote listing does not scale. Auto Apply on SWR uses your profile and CV to submit to matching jobs. That only works if the profile is accurate and you are willing to interview for the roles it hits.

Review matches. A tool cannot know that you do not want night shifts, a specific industry, or a company you already left. Tokens are charged per application — use them on jobs you would actually accept a screen for.

1. Clean the source materials first

Run the ATS analyzer and update your SWR profile before you turn Auto Apply on. Garbage in, garbage out: a vague CV will be sent to the wrong roles.

2. Set the tightest filters you can

Title, seniority, and location/time zone matter more than “apply to everything.” Remote scams and mismatched seniority waste tokens and your reputation.

3. Read what was sent

Check the attempt log. If a cover note or resume version looks off, stop the run and fix the profile before the next batch.

SWR recommendations

  • Auto Apply does not replace a tailored application for your top 5 roles. Do those by hand.
  • If a listing asks for a work sample or a form the tool cannot complete, apply manually.
  • Watch for duplicate submissions to the same employer through different job IDs.
