The service

SWR provides remote job listings, candidate and employer accounts, and career tools (including resume analysis, interview practice, and related AI features). Some tools use tokens or paid plans. Features may change. We do not guarantee that any application will result in a job.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials safe. Seekers and companies have different permissions. You are responsible for content you upload, including resumes and job posts.

Jobs and third parties

Listings may be posted by employers on SWR or aggregated from other public sources. We do not control every employer. You must evaluate roles, compensation claims, and application links yourself. Report suspected scams to hello@sheworksremotely.app.

Career tools and AI

Scores, generated resume text, interview feedback, and career-path suggestions are assistive. They can be wrong. Do not submit generated content you cannot defend, and do not invent experience. Token purchases and plan limits are described in the product at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

• No scraping the site in a way that overloads or copies the service.
• No fake identities, fake jobs, or malware.
• No using the tools to produce deceptive applications.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, SWR is not liable for hiring outcomes, third-party sites, or interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations; specific jurisdiction language may be added as the company formalizes it.
