The work that pays every month is still a job. While that search is open, there is another kind of paid hour that uses the day you already have. You cook. You fold laundry. You wipe a counter. You put a shelf back together. Hub pays contributors to record those ordinary tasks from a phone. Hub reviews the recording and pays for each approved hour. The footage trains robots and physical-AI models. You stay home. It is not a salary.
What this work is
You are not writing a script, and you are not performing for an audience. You do a normal task, on camera, the way you already do it. Hub sends a free starter kit: a head strap and a phone mount, shipped at no cost. You record. They review. Approved hours are paid. Some tasks pay more. Hub says you can withdraw any day by PIX, bank transfer, or USDC, and that the work is open to contributors across the Americas. No experience is required to sign up.
The number on a task is the offer. This site is not promising you a weekly total, or that every hour you film will be approved.

Wiping a kitchen counter, the kind of ordinary task this work records
What it is not
This is not an employee job. It is not benefits, a visa, or a line that replaces the role you are applying for. Pay is per approved hour, after review. An hour you filmed and they did not approve is not money yet.
Do not pay anyone to unlock the work. The starter kit on Hub's own page is free and shipped to you. A stranger who asks you to buy a kit first, or to send a code from your bank, is the pattern in how to identify remote job scams.
How to start
- Sign up with the country you actually live in.
- Read the task before you film: what to do, how long, and what gets approved.
- Use the mount so the camera sees your hands and the task, not a dark ceiling.
- Do the task you already know. Inventing a skill you do not have wastes the hour.
- Write down what you submitted and when the payment showed up. Treat it as extra money.
Fit it around the day you already have
A short task can sit between school pickup and dinner. Do not film across a call you already promised someone else. The room does not have to look like a studio. It has to be the real task, in enough light that a reviewer can see what your hands did.
If you would rather answer questions than film a task, the other from-home option is paid research surveys and calls. If you would rather make a short video for a brand, that is UGC. The paycheck that changes the month is still a role a company pays every month, on remote jobs.
FAQ
Do I get paid for signing up?
No. You get paid for hours Hub approves. Read the task. Nobody on this site can tell you how many hours you will get.
Do I have to buy equipment?
Hub's starter kit, a head strap and a phone mount, is shipped at no cost. You use your phone. If a message asks you to pay before you can start, stop.
Can I do this from outside the United States?
Hub says the work is open to contributors across the Americas. Read the current terms on the signup page before you count on a country, a payout method, or a rate.
